    BRAND-NEW/UNPLAYED /SEALED CD!

In the 1990’s, we were told that the Sunset Strip scene was gone!  But throughout the early, mid and late 1990s, and even into the early 2000s, something was happening on the stages of rock clubs all over Southern California.

Bands like Big Bang Babies, Queeny Blast Pop, Heart Throb Mob, The Zeros and Krayola Kids were hitting the stages with bright, colorful images, huge, sing-along choruses, and songs that would stick in your head for days on end.  This was the era of the glam/punk bands, and San Diego-based Foxy Roxx was a huge part of that culture.

FnA Records is elated to be releasing all of Foxy Roxx’s tunes including the re-release of Shake The Foundation 30 years after its inception.  The 2025 FnA Records release of Shake The Foundation has been remastered and for the first time includes the Super Rare 1993 Debut cassette with original lead singer Dennis Sinned.  Additionally, FnA Records will be releasing the first official release of the infamous FR album Mixed Up World album with three cover songs.  Shake The Foundation was Originally released on both cassette and compact disc, the album sold out decades ago and has long been sought after by collectors of the genre, often bringing crazy prices on eBay.

Building on the success of 1995's Shake the Foundation album, Foxy Roxx decided to record a follow up. Dubbed Mixed Up World by the band, and recorded mostly in 1996, the album featured eleven Foxy Roxx originals along with three cover tunes (KISS' "Talk to Me", Twister Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It," and "Keep On" from The Brady Bunch). However, just about the time people started getting VERY excited about the album's pending release, Foxy Roxx suddenly, and without any warning or explanation, disappeared. While a few promotional CD-r copies of the new album were burned for friends of the band, the album never received a proper release.

On the shelving of Mixed Up World, Tony states, “There was just too much frustration that had built up for me with most of the other guys and it just stopped being fun for me. There were times I felt more like a babysitter. It just stopped being a team effort, so I didn’t see the point in continuing. The last show we played was with Tuff down in Reseda at FM Station I think.”

Not only has FNA officially released the lost second album Mixed Up World for everyone to finally enjoy, but Tony says that a release of new Foxy Roxx material may be in the works as well. New songs have been written, featuring titles like Get Ready to Party, Hell Yeah, Do it Like Ramones, and Stop the Clock, and according to Tony, "All these songs are in the same sound as old Foxy Roxx."

With great enthusiasm, Tony says "I am having more fun with Foxy Roxx right now than ever before!"  “I never really thought I would be able to do this again, but the time just seemed right.  The memories from so long ago are embedded in my heart and now I am able to stand up on a stage again with my friends and sing these songs to people – that is mind blowing after so many years.”

With a bit of enthusiasm and a bit of a childlike banter, the future of Foxy Roxx seems Colorful and bright, literally and figuratively!!!
